About FEWG Events
The University Hospital of Northern British Columbia’s Facility Engagement Working Group (FEWG) will be a representative body that will engage and advise the medical staff association on primarily facility-based issues and matters of importance to the facility-based members of the medical staff and operationalize the strategic plan. These structures, along with funding provided, such as that provided by through the Memorandum of Understanding on Regional and Local Engagement, will:
- Provide a platform where medical staff can engage and voice their views
- Contribute to plans and initiatives with the Health Authority with respect to matters directly affecting patent care and the practice of facility-based physicians
- Prioritize issues affecting facility-based physicians and patient care.
