The program is focused on building leadership capacity at the University Hospital of Northern British Columbia (UHNBC) to equip physician leaders to positively influence and advocate for patient and healthcare outcomes.
It is aimed at building relationships and collaboration with physicians and UHNBC staff. It will provide an opportunity to become more familiar with a broader spectrum of subject matter and leadership from across organizations such as Doctors of BC and the health authority.
