Lead Administrator's Role
Overview:
The Lead Administrator provides support to the PGMSPA Executives and Prince George Medical Staff Physician Association and is responsible for the overall administrative and operational activities of the Association. This includes responsibility to implement the strategic direction as established by the governance table. The implementation of strategic direction is completed through policy management, project / program management, personnel management, financial management, risk analysis, advocacy management, and stakeholder relations. This is done with a focus on improving collaboration and quality improvement with Health Authorities, consistent with the goals of the Facility Engagement Initiative.
