Vice President’s role
The Vice President is paid an annual stipend from the unincorporated medical staff association
- Claim 30 minutes for reviewing meeting documents prior to meeting
- Fulfills the president’s duties and responsibilities in the president’s absence. To do this effectively, the vice president works with the president to learn the president’s duties and collaborates and consults with the president on key matters
- Works with Directors and senior staff lead to assist the president in meeting his / her duties
- Orientation: Knowledge transfer of role with Treasurer (6 months before term starts)
- Co-approve electronic funds transfers
